To control crab infestation in the paddy (Oryza sativa) field, dried flowers of bustard teak (Butea monosperma) are kept near the burrows of crab and also spread in the stagnant water of paddy field as a result, it will consume the flowers and get died. Sometime pesticides are also not found much effective for the control of crabs, at that time, this method will provide good results. There is no side effect of this treatment.
