Storage Of Garlic
About the Practice
For long-time storage of garlic the leaves at the top are not plucked. The bunch of garlic of required size is stored in special soil called the termatoria soil (inhabited by termites). Alternatively, anthill soil can also be used. The soil has to cover the tuber only.
