Detail:

For controlling aphids in crops, the juice of leaves of sponge tree and betel-leaf are mixed and five litres of cow urine and five litres of water are added. The whole solution is boiled, cooled and filtered. It is then sprayed on the crops. After the spray, aphids will steer clear of the crops. The effect is seen in two to three days, and 70 to 80 % control on the crops is obtained. The spraying has no side-effects.
