About the Practice
Detail:

To prevent the infestation, use three kilogram whole plant of yellow berried night shed plant along with the fruits, one and half kilogram fruits of nepal ebony and one kilogram tender leaves of neem tree, which are crushed together and then fifteen liters of water is added to the mixture. The mixture is boiled, till five liters of extract remains. Thereafter, 200 ml of extract is added in fifteen liters of water into the spraying pump. The mixture is sprayed on the cotton crop at the interval of eight days. Spray four to five pumps in 0.24 ha of land. After 45 days of sowing, the flower initiation takes place at that time, the extract is applied to the crop. By this treatment, 80 per cent result is obtained.
