He was into incense material selling business for long period. He keeps on thinking about problems around him in day to day life. Once he felt that women making cotton wick cannot make 8 -10 wick per minute. So he thought to develop a machine which can solve this problem and upgrade his economical condition.
He developed a fully automatic machine to replace the manual method of producing cotton wicks. It is a single lever operated machine, anyone can able operate this machine. It has self-mounted adjustable legs for better work suitability according to the height of worker. Moisture belt is provided for better shape of cotton wicks It also have color die roller that apply colour after formation of cotton wick bulb.
