"With the growing influence of the internet in lives of citizens, it is essential that administration should in order to become more accessible to citizens and offer better quality of service. One of the major challenges faced by the administration in offering service through online modes, is the access to quality data in a digital format. Our solution through its bottom-up approach, has been able to solve this problem of quality digital data to some extent: 1. A significant chunk of properties are not assessed and covered under the scope of property tax of the ULB; a 3rd party audit helps increase the overall tax recievables for the ULB through property tax. 2. Multiple visits by different department members to the same households for the purpose of collection of different taxes due on the property, this activity is also not tracked and there are limited interventions available to digitise this process. 3. Citizens have to communicate with different departments with different numbers in context of the same property, creating a lot of cross department communication issues, finally increasing the challenge for Citizen to communicate regarding his/her property; a single number for the citizens and administration to communciate with for all the various departments, just like Aadhar is for Citizens. 4. Lack of Access to transperant digital data collection with an in-built AI analytical engine allowing for actionable insights, thereby saving a lot of time for the adminsistration. 5. Lack of solutions that allow for working in offline/remote areas 6. No solution that is linking with the GIS systems for the purpose of getting a more holistic overview of the situation on the ground 7. No way to bring in accountability in the ground operations 8. Addresses are a very big challenge in India, from providing Emergency Response Services to even Last Mile Delivery it is becoming an increasingly important field that needs to be centralised or benchmarks be created for the same."

Problem Scale: "--> The ULB's depend on property taxes as one of the major sources of their revenue collection. --> In places we have worked (Maharashtra) there are around 12 health surveys that need to be conducted annually. We were able to collect feedback that such survey's have not been done for some time due to the lack of tools, lack of tracking, etc. --> Lack of visibility in SBM operations on D2D basis, a lot of money is spent without visibility in operations from local level, to district level, and state level. --> About x% of revenue contribution for ULB is through Property Tax --> Solving the provblem of property management though creation of a digital trail, helps reduce the chances of property frauds and court cases which contribute to 33% of cases in India today. --> Finding exact addresses takes up most of the cost for Last Mile delivery services, it also takes up most time for 108 emergency services which have an average response time of ~41 minutes (Reference)"
