Use of wornout Tire
Innovative products from worn out tyres Procedure for making spring: In olden days Sri.Selvaraj fired the wornout tyres and separated the strings.Smoke generated from the worn out tyres during firing pollutes the environment. The string lost its temper due to firing. It is a time consuming process also. Because of this only small output was obtained which in turn reduce his total income. Due to the above said reasons Sri . Selvaraj developed a new machine to separate from the worn out tyre without firing. In this, he developed a rod of 1 feet length with various thickness, and a frame with holes of various diameters. First he cut the end of the string . Then he inserts it into the hole of the frame which in turn connected to the rod of desired thickness. Then he rotates the handle and the separated string is rolled over the rod tightly atlast the spring is obtained. This spring is cut at different length based on our requirements. Other than this spring he also developed some products from the tyre and tube . From the tyre he developed washer for fishnet and pulley, basket for uplifting of soil from the well, rope for uplifting of water from the well, conveyor belt for frying mills etc.,
