Detail:

Destruction of bolt nut in many machines affect the function of the machines. This destruction of bolt nut is due to loosening of bolt nut during operation of machines. To overcome this problem tightening of bolt nut should be done. Mr. Samsudeen innovated a new triple action bolt nut for this purpose. In this bolt nut there is 1 bolt and 2 nuts. In these 2 nuts 1 nut is functioning in 2 ways and another one is functioning in only one way. Normally the nuts available in the market are functioning in 2 ways. In this new bolt nut first the one way functioning nut is screwed into the bolt for tightening and two way nut is used next. In this way tightening is done . If we do tightening by hand itself it is very difficult to unscrew the nuts thereafter. We have to use only spanner for unscrewing the nuts. This kind of bolt and nut assembly is used in rocket, aeroplane, train and bus and in the railway tract also.
